Update #7 - E-learning Day on 11 March
With reference to the school calendar, 11 March 2022 (Friday) is designated as Lasallian e-Learning Day.
On this day, your learning will be supported through online lessons and activities. Subject teachers have prepared online lessons and resources (discussion forum, quiz, videos, etc.) for you to access from home.
You are to complete the planned e-learning activities before the deadline given by your respective subject teachers.
General instructions for Lasallian e-Learning Day
1.0 E-LEARNING DAY INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS:
You are advised to check the relevant level website (1.1), the Instructions and Resources Sheet (1.2), and your SJI email account for up-to-date information.
1.2A INSTRUCTIONS AND RESOURCES SHEET (YEAR 1-4):
For Year 1-4 students:
Please access and complete all assigned work stated in the Instructions and Resources Sheet below.
NOTE: This link will become accessible to you on MARCH 10, 2022 @ 3:00 PM. Please DO NOT try to access it earlier.
Use your SJI email account to access the link. NON-SJI email accounts WILL NOT be able to view this spreadsheet.
2.0 E-LEARNING PLATFORMS
Please check with your subject teacher(s) which e-Learning platforms/online applications they will be using (e.g. Google Classroom, Managebac, Ace Learning, VoiceThread, etc.).
Please ensure that you can log in to the relevant platforms/applications.
3.0 TECHNICAL SUPPORT
3.1 For GMAIL ACCOUNT issues, please approach our system administrators in the IT Support Staffroom or email email@example.com.
NOTE: You may experience access issues during e-Learning Day if you do not resolve this earlier.
3.2 For GOOGLE CLASSROOM access issues, please check with your subject teacher(s). For other Google Classroom issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.3 For SLS password reset issues, please send a request via this form.
NOTE: You may likely experience a delay with this request during e-Learning Day if you did not resolve this earlier.
3.4 For issues with other platforms (e.g. Edmodo, Ace Learning, etc.) please consult your subject teacher(s).
